When I was a student,I didn't learn English hard. I can not use it freely,although passed CET-4 3 years ago. If someone cann't use English smoothly,he will not work in the foreign companies.Then he couldn't get more pay for his work.
Now,I write work plan in English and other thing what I can now and then. I practice as this way. I think I will success.
